All orders are sent in Australia Post satchels with tracking. TKTX products are sent via Express Post, everything else is standard postage unless Express Post is purchased.

Estimated delivery time is dependent on Australia Post, however up to 7 business days for Regular Post, and 1-2 business days for express. Handling time is 1 business day.

The return label can be customized to your liking (eg. so the package is coming from somewhere like 'PC Gaming Hub' or 'Computer Spares Online' etc) - Just send us a message.
